The property has 3 floors, one Master Suite and one Junior Suite on each floor. They can be rented as one full floor or six individual suites.

Master suite:
1 king size bed, 2 cable TVs, a large private bathroom with hot water, a desk, 1 sofa and 1 double sofa bed in living room area, a fully equipped kitchen including a gas stove, a large size refrigerator, a microwave, cookware and utensils, 2 A/Cs, 2 fans, a hairdryer, safety box and balcony. Sleeps 4.
Junior Suite:
1 queen size bed, 1 cable TV, large private bathroom with hot water, a desk, 1 double sofa bed, a fan, a small refrigerator, a hairdryer, a safety box, A/C and balcony.
